Representation of the client's interests in the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on the extension of payment deadlines
On July 02, 2024, Misechko & Partners Law Firm received a decision of the Ministry of Economy on the extension of the deadlines for settlements for certain export and import operations established by the National Bank of Ukraine.
The conclusion was obtained for Applied Projects LLC, which imports high-voltage electrical equipment from the People's Republic of China.
The reason for obtaining such a conclusion is that the production, installation, testing and transportation of electrical equipment requires a longer period than the deadlines for settlements established by the National Bank of Ukraine. Therefore, it is impossible to reduce or speed up the production process in any way.
As a result of the consideration of the application of Applied Projects LLC, the deadline for settlements under its foreign economic contract was extended from 180 to 300 days.
